The Caribbean Fishery Management Council is required by law to end overfishing and set limits on the numbers of fish caught annually by deadlines in 2010 and 2011.

Scientifically sound limits are needed in order no,to preserve the health of the Caribbean’s reefs, fish and coastal economy.
